Kernza® Bran muffins

- 2 mixing bowls
- 1 muffin pan
Ingredients
- 2 cups All Bran
- 1 cup Kernza flour
- 1/4 cup Quinoa flour
- 1/4 cup craisens
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar or stevia
- 1 TBS baking powder;
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 TBS walnut oil
Directions
- Put the wet ingredients in the All Bran to soften it.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
