Equipment

  • 2 mixing bowls
  • 1 muffin pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All Bran
  • 1 cup Kernza flour
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa flour
  • 1/4 cup craisens
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar or stevia
  • 1 TBS baking powder;
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 TBS walnut oil

Directions

  • Put the wet ingredients in the All Bran to soften it.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
