Our new Regenerative Whole Grain Flour is a 3 lb blend of Kernza® Perennial Grain and Turkey Red Heritage Wheat. Substitute this blend for any whole wheat flour. If your baked goods require extra structure, mix 50-50 with all purpose or bread flour.

I use Kernza and your whole grain flour in my sourdough bread on a regular basis, with good results.

The best flour there is

I never make a pizza without using this flour. It just gives an extra special flavor to the crust. And we're addicted to Grandma Tee's crescent rolls. Again it's the flavor that the Kernza flour contributes that makes them special. And I'd recommend the oatmeal bread recipe to anyone. I have experimented with several "ancient" grains, but this flour beats them all out. And the best part of using Kernza flour is knowing that I am also doing something to help make a more sustainable future. Thank you for making this product available to all of us.

Wonderful whole wheat bread

I baking whole wheat bread in my Breville Bread machine. The recipe I'm using is from Whole Grain Breads by machine or by hand, by Beatrice Ojakangas. Where a recipe calls for whole wheat, I am using Kernza flour. It is turning out beautifully!.
