After 75 test batches, we've developed crackers where we think Kernza shines. 

We want Kernza to have a big impact on our world, and we believe it needs to be a regularly eaten food to do so. Figuring out where Kernza fits best into our diets is the hard part, and something that needs to happen in community. We ran an A/B taste test this spring, and hundreds of supporters participated and provided lots of helpful and positive feedback. 

As we work to increase manufacturing capacity, we'll have limited availability of our crackers.
