Cracker A is made from Kernza® Perennial Grain and soft white wheat flours. All flour is stone ground and sifted in-house to make a lighter cracker. With less bran, we're able get more rise during baking, which produces more distinct layers. As you bite, you get a satisfying crunch through each layer. What's left quickly melts in your mouth.
Cracker B is made from Kernza® Perennial Grain and soft white wheat flours. All flour is stone ground, and 50% is sifted in-house to make a whole grain cracker. Using the whole grain creates a more nutritional cracker, and brings in the delicious flavors from the bran and germ of organic soft white wheat.
