Wild Rice

We source Wild Rice from Red Lake Nation Foods, a Native American owned company in Redby, MN. They grow cultivated wild rice. 

This is quick cook Wild Rice. The outer bran layer has been mechanically abraded to allow it to absorb water faster.

Add desired amount of Wild Rice to simmering water or soup and cook for 20-25 minutes. If cooking alone, drain water when done.
