These roots build soil, prevent water pollution, sequester carbon, and grow a plant that produces a healthy, delicious grain.

Organic Turkey Red Heritage Winter Wheat from Janie’s Mill in Illinois, an organic farm and flour mill producing a wide variety of grains and flours. Everything is stone milled, and most is grown on their farm.
