Crunchy, flavorful, and climate positive. Try out our new crackers!
After 75 test batches, we've developed crackers where we think Kernza shines.
We want Kernza to have a big impact on our world, and we believe it needs to be a regularly eaten food to do so. Figuring out where Kernza fits best into our diets is the hard part, and something that needs to happen in community. We ran an A/B taste test this spring, and hundreds of supporters participated and provided lots of helpful and positive feedback.
As we work to increase manufacturing capacity, we'll have limited availability of our crackers.

I could eat these forever
Both types of cracker were delicious and went with an array of pairings (beer, cider, cheese, peanut butter, cashew butter, and hummus). Would love to make this a staple snack in our house!

flaky delicious soil-saving crackers
These crackers are great - new favorites!
Both my husband and I like both types, preferring B slightly. We prefer a grain - tasting, crunchy cracker so these fit the bill. Our current go-tos are Triscuits or Wheat Thins. Your cracker is very much like a Wheat Thin, only has more grain taste. We generally eat crackers with various cheeses,so prefer the cracker to not have additional flavors.
Cracker B had richer, heartier taste.
All 8 people testing with us agreed that cracker B was the favorite!
