Our Organic Long Grain Brown Rice isfrom McKaskle Family Farm in Braggadocio, Missouri. The seventh generation has joined this farm that has been committed to organic farming for decades. Pioneers in mid-scale regenerative rice production, the McKaskles have adopted practices like reducing water use by transitioning away from flood irrigation, maintaining pollinator and conservation buffers, diversifying their crop rotations, and keeping their soil covered year-round.

Combine 1 cup rice and 2 cups water with a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook for 40-45 minutes.
