Ekone Smoked Mussels are farmed with care at Taylor Shellfish’s regenerative mussel farm in Totten Inlet, South Puget Sound. After harvest, the mussels are cleaned, steamed, and lightly brined to bring out their natural flavor, then slow cold-smoked for a delicate, savory finish. Packed in organic sunflower oil, they’re rich in umami with a smooth smokiness that makes them an instant pantry favorite.

Packed at Ekone, a family cannery on the shores of Willapa Bay, Washington. Operated by generations of Pacific Northwest shellfish farmers, Ekone works with nearby tribes and local fishing families to source seafood at peak freshness. One of the last independent canneries in the U.S., they carry forward the region’s tradition of careful, sustainable harvest and hand-packed tins that honor both quality and community.
