Farro

Paper bags without plastic lining and paper labels made with recyclable adhesive. Remove the tin tie, and the bag is recyclable or compostable.

Our organic Farro is from Janie’s Mill in Illinois, an organic farm and flour mill producing a wide variety of grains and flours. Everything is stone milled, and most is grown on their farm.

Bring lightly salted water to a boil. Add farro, reduce heat to simmer, and cook until soft, about 30 minutes. Drain off hot water.
